We’re working on the details of our 2027 trip. Sign up here to be notified when these will be finalized and published on our website.

Designed and led by wildlife conservation veteran Dr. Karen Ross (considered as the “Champion of the Okavango by the National Geographic magazine), our one-of-a-kind 14 day small group trip will have you experience some of the world’s most iconic wildlife destinations.  We've added cultural  components which, all told, will give you an authentic taste of Southern Africa.  Most of the places you’ll be experiencing are UNESCO World Heritage sites – they’ve been formally recognized as being of global significance by the international community.

Specifically, the trip includes:

  • Stunning land and seascapes of Cape Town along with the region’s cultural vibrancy (South Africa)

  • Rugged semi-desert ecosystems of the Kalahari, guided by local bushmen (Botswana)

  • Ancient secrets of Tsodilo Hills (Botswana)

  • Magnificent African wildlife of Okavango – both at its panhandle and in the Delta (Botswana)

  • Magic and history at the breath-taking Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

ACCOMMODATIONS

We are cutting few corners for this trip, and that includes accommodations. Very comfortable hotel in Cape Town and similarly welcoming lodge in Victoria Falls. In the “Botswana bush” - we stay at the Nxamaseri Lodge in the Okavango Panhandle, the Dinaka Lodge in the Kalahari, and at the Shinde Lodge in the heart of the Okavango. Our Botswana lodges will be catering to our group exclusively.

This trip is being managed by our sister agency, Cultural & Natural Heritage Tours. The link below will take you to its website.
