Our trip includes:
5 nights / 6 days on Easter Island
3 nights / 4 days in Santiago and the Casblanca valley vineyards
Led by Josie Nahoe, recipient of the “Chile guide of the year award”, Easter Island Native and grand-daughter of William Mulloy, lead archaeologist for the Easter Island archaeological restoration.
Coinciding with the very colourful Tapati Festival, celebrating Easter Island’s Polynesian heritage.
Optional extensions to Atacama and Patagonia.
Private tour of the highly acclaimed national museum of pre-Columbian art, led by the museum’s chief curator.
Spending 5 nights / 6 days in Easter Island means you combine both fascinating archaeological exploration with some generous downtime in a very relaxed tropical island setting - all taking place during the wonderful Tapati festival.
Enjoy a private guided visit to the National Museum of Pre-Columbian art - led by the museum’s chief curator - and followed by a private cocktail and meal at the museum.
Our trip is timed to coincide with the annual Easter Island Tapati festival celebrating polynesian culture.
Enjoy some down time between archaeological visits on Easter Island.
